Lawatan Kerja ke Bursa Malaysia Berhad

Pada 25 Jun 2013, PPJPM telah mengadakan lawatan ke Bursa Malaysia Berhad bertempat di Bilik Media, Tingkat Bawah, Bursa Malaysia Berhad, Exchange Square Bukit Kewangan 50200 Kuala Lumpur. Tujuan lawatan ini adalah untuk menjalin hubungan rapat di antara Bursa Malaysia Berhad dengan JP dan PPJPM dan mewujudkan rangkaian antara kedua-dua pihak.

Lawatan Kerja ke Bloomberg 

Pada 25 Jun 2013, PPJPM telah mengadakan lawatan ke Bloomberg bertempat di Bloomberg, Level 24, Menara 3 Petronas, Persiaran KLCC,  Kuala Lumpur. Lawatan ini bertujuan mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai Bloomberg  Professional Service,Menjalin hubungan rapat di antara media (Bloomberg) dengan Jabatan Perangkaan (JP) dan PPJPM dan mempertingkatkan persefahaman dan meneroka kerjasama dalam penyebaran statistik negara rasmi.

PPJPM was formed as an association that serves as a platform to statisticians in highlighting ideas,suggestions and uphold the image of statisticians.

Objective

1. To strengthen research and development in the field of statistics
2. To broaden the use of statistics  
3. To strengthen the statistical profession level and ability of members in their duties  
4. To bring together experts and take care of their interest  
5. To encourage and facilitate networking between statisticians in matters relating to statistics through seminars, workshops, publications, etc.  
6. To establish and maintain the interests of the welfare of members by collaboration through the economic and social activities  
7. To establish and promote cooperation between the Association with other associations in order to achieve its goal
